How quickly will I receive a reply?
We respond to all messages within one business day, usually much sooner. If you submit your enquiry in the morning on a weekday, you can typically expect to hear back the same afternoon.

Can I book an in-person appointment at your office?
Yes, and we encourage it. Our Copacabana office is set up specifically for comfortable, private consultations. Simply reach out via phone or email and we'll arrange a time that works for you.
Do you offer video or remote consultations?
We do. For clients who are unable to visit us in Rio de Janeiro, we offer consultations via video call at mutually agreed times. Just mention this preference when you get in touch and we'll arrange everything.

Do you work with clients outside of Rio de Janeiro?
Yes. While our office is based in Copacabana, we support families and individuals throughout Brazil and can conduct much of our work remotely. Distance is not a barrier to receiving our full service.
